IKEA’s new business model at the heart of cities

Across different borders, IKEA is constantly testing where and how people wish to buy for an endless supply of homeware products. Last year, the brand opened a series of small stores in New York, Paris and soon London that function more as showrooms where you come to look at the displays, walk around and think.
